✦Commission requests can be made through Discord or Vgen.✦I reserve the right to decline the request if I can't fulfil the request.Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.✦I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights in prints, merchandise, and online portfolios, among other things.✦ Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work(s) for personal use.✦ Client must not edit, modify, claim work as their own and must credit the artist using their social tag/ username/ link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.✦ Additional charges may apply if the Commissioner requests private artwork or wishes to prevent the artist from posting publicly.【COMMERCIAL RIGHTS】✦ Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically x1.5 of the original cost.

【PROCESS】✦ Clients have to 100% after the sketches are approved. Invoices, proposals or payment links will be sent.✦ Invoices must be paid within 3 days (72 hours), or the project may be cancelled.✦ Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.✦ Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.✦ The completion time of the artwork varies based on complexity, ranging from 2 weeks or 2 months when the sketches are approved by clients.✦ For faster completion or tight deadlines, the Artist may require additional fees. The details of any rush orders and associated charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.✦ Upon completion, the Artist will provide the Commissioner with large and resized versions of the artwork. The Commissioner is advised not to post the full-size drawing publicly to protect the integrity of the artwork.【CANCELLATION & REFUNDS】✦ Refunds are not offered for commissioned artwork unless agreed upon by both parties under exceptional circumstances. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the clients.✦ Clients have the right to request refunds after 3 months of deadlines if work(s) has not been delivered and there was no agreed-upon amendment to the timeline.
